OT Assessment - $270 Please note as of Jan. 1st, 2026 Fee for Initial Assessment will be $275.00

• 90 minutes (parent interview & child assessment) + Report

• 90 minutes (parent interview & child assessment) + Brief Report (Assessment summary and goals)

​OT Therapy Session (in-person or virtual)/Parent Coaching Session - $145 

• 50 minute session ​​

OT Therapy Session (in-person or virtual)/Parent Coaching Sibling Session - $160 

• 50 minute session

OT Therapy Session (in-person or virtual)/Parent Coaching Session + SSP Provision - $150 

• 50 minute session

Telephone/Virtual Consultation/Goal Review - $145 

• 50 minute session 

• If less time is required session price will be pro rated based on hourly rate indicated above

• This may include family and/or school team​

Written Correspondence Requested by Clients - $120 (pro-rated based on time required)​

• Letters for other professionals

• Applications such as for the Access2 Card

Travel Time - $75/hourly  

• Pro rated on travel time required to drive to and from the requested location​

Policies

• Cancellation with more than 24 hours notice from appointment time

  • No charge

• Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice from appointment time

  • 1st time-no charge​

  • 2nd time 33% of session fee will be charged, increasing by 33% increments for each consecutive missed appointment up to the full cost of the appointment​

• Occupational Therapy Fees are due on the day of service​​.

  • If more than three sessions go unpaid consecutively, a written payment plan will be created between Playroots OT and the client's parents and/or caregivers and a discussion of next steps for services will occurs.
